CURATION DESIGN World Design Congress 2025 in London is a transformative two-day event curated by our founder to challenge conventions, spark global dialogue, and inspire a new era of design practice. Showcasing the best of UK design and innovation, the Congress will position the UK as a leader in ‘Design for Planet,’ leaving a lasting legacy for the global design community and reinforcing the country’s role in sustainable, forward-thinking design.

PROGRAMME  DESIGN Partnering with the British Council, the University of Exeter, and IDIA, Concurrency supports Indigenising Design, a global collaboration redefining design beyond colonised systems. By celebrating Indigenous identities and ancestral practices, this initiative challenges Western norms, fostering equitable, inclusive, and sustainable approaches to design while envisioning a fairer future rooted in diverse ways of being.

LEADERSHIP  DESIGN & RESEARH The Council for Higher Education in Art & Design (CHEAD), the voice for UK art and design higher education, is evolving its Leadership Programme to address sector challenges. Led by our founder, Ve Dewey, the redesign embeds equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), equipping leaders with the tools to drive meaningful change and create lasting impact across the sector.

STRATEGIC INNOVATION The Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design is a global leader in Inclusive Design, Design Thinking, and Creative Leadership, collaborating across government, business, academia, and the third sector. As an Innovation Fellow, our founder, Ve, advances the Centre’s work in Inclusive AI and Creative Leadership whilST driving business development, funding, and workshop facilitation. Ve ensures these initiatives align with the Royal College of Art’s strategy, strengthening the Centre’s role as a global pioneer in designing equitable and inclusive futures.

RESEARCH & REDESGIN Conducted a comprehensive audit of the Design Council’s Experts programme, identifying challenges such as reliance on an outdated Excel-based system with inconsistent updates and limited engagement. Based on these findings, delivered strategic recommendations for a rebrand to modernise the programme, enhance engagement, and position the Experts community as a more dynamic and integral resource for the Design Council’s mission.

RESEARCH & PROGRAMME DESIGN Led an exploration into the development of a flagship creative leadership programme for D&AD, defining its “Why, How, and What” to equip creatives with skills for the future. Delivered a comprehensive report outlining programme models, module recommendations, and pillars grounded in adult learning theories, with immersive workshops, live projects, and relevant case studies to ensure deep learning and industry impact.

STRATEGIC INNOVATION Led the development, launch, and scaling of Adobe’s European creative marketing programme, supporting 16+ key clients, including WPP, Dentsu, Nike, and Unilever, with six- and seven-figure contracts. Delivered 30+ bespoke activations valued at $100M+, impacting 100K Creative Cloud users. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions aligned with client needs and Adobe’s objectives, managing stakeholders across Europe and North America to ensure seamless delivery.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION & PROGRAMME DESIGN Developed and led Mattel’s first creative learning and development programme, supporting 400+ creatives through workshops, speaker series, and CreativeCon, a global conference reaching 25,000+ employees. Sanctioned by former COO Richard Dickson (now GAP Inc. CEO), the programme drove innovation, collaboration, and organisational change, aligning with Mattel’s business imperatives.
